Car Rental Agents
Responsibilities:
- Providing superior, friendly, and efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process, and assists customer with the rental return process.
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings. They are the front line of Selecta Branding team.
- Explaining the rental and paperwork process,
- Upselling coverages and packages, assisting customers who have an issue or emergency with their rental vehicle, and updating the rental car inventory
- Reporting to Station Managers any problem they face
Minimum Preferred qualifications:
- Teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions if needed
- Ability to work flexible hours e.g., Weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Professionalism, patience, a positive “customer care” attitude
- Excellent knowledge of English. Any additional language is a plus
- B class driving license (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
