Responsibilities:
- Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
- Processing orders and transactions.
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
- Providing proactive customer outreach.
- Cooperating with Reservations & Yield and Pricing manager to resolve any rate disparity.
Minimum Preferred qualifications:
- Teamwork spirit
- Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions if needed
- Ability to work flexible hours e.g., Weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Professionalism, patience, a positive “customer care” attitude.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Any additional language is a plus.
