Customer Service

Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
  • Processing orders and transactions.
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems.
  • Delivering information about a company’s offerings.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach.
  • Cooperating with Reservations & Yield and Pricing manager to resolve any rate disparity.

Minimum Preferred qualifications:

  • Teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions if needed
  • Ability to work flexible hours e.g., Weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Professionalism, patience, a positive “customer care” attitude.
  • Excellent knowledge of English. Any additional language is a plus.
