Station Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the car rental fleet, reservations, qualifying customers.
- Handling of maintenance to the rental units
- Delivering information about a company’s offerings. They are the front line of Selecta Branding team.
- Revenue Management of Station
- Train rental agents according to our Selecta Branding team guidelines.
- Reporting to Managing & Commercial Directors.
Minimum Preferred qualifications:
- Team management
- Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions if needed
- Ability to work flexible hours e.g., Weekends and holidays.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Professionalism, patience, goal oriented.
- Excellent knowledge of English. Any additional language is a plus.
- B class driving license (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
